A VARIAÇÃO LINGUÍSTICA APLICADA EM ATIVIDADES VOLTADAS PARA A MORFOLOGIA EM LIVROS DIDÁTICOS

THE LINGUISTIC VARIATION APPLIED IN ACTIVITIES ON MORPHOLOGY IN TEXTBOOKS

Resumen

Este trabalho investiga o tratamento dado à variação linguística especificamente em propostas de exercícios sobre o uso reflexivo da língua em livros didáticos. Para a análise de forma mais específica, selecionamos as seções nos livros didáticos que tratam de aspectos voltados para a morfologia da língua portuguesa.  Desse modo, pretende-se observar as descrições acerca dos conteúdos de natureza morfológica nos capítulos dos livros didáticos, além de refletir sobre a interação entre esses conteúdos e as questões relacionadas à variação linguística. Com isso, pode-se pensar que tal trabalho possui dois focos principais. O primeiro deles é realizar um levantamento das atividades concernentes aos estudos morfológicos. (ROSA, 2013; MONTEIRO, 2002; SÂNDALO, 2001; SCLIAR CABRAL, 1973). Já o segundo foco consiste em analisar se tais atividades contemplam uma reflexão a respeito da variação da língua. (BELINE, 2012; LABOV, 1972, 1982). Pode-se dizer, dessa forma, que esse trabalho se caracteriza em uma base de intersecção entre a morfologia e a variação linguística em livros didáticos, principalmente. Selecionaram-se dois livros didáticos para a análise em questão. O primeiro livro, intitulado de Tecendo Linguagens - Língua Portuguesa, foi escrito por Tania Amaral Oliveira e Lucy Aparecida Melo Araújo, pela Editora Ibep do ano de 2018. O segundo livro, intitulado de Projeto Teláris - Português, foi escrito por Ana Trinconi Borgatto, Terezinha Bertin e Vera Marchezi, pela Editora Ática. Os dois livros eram destinados a turmas do 6º Ano do Ensino Fundamental. Este trabalho, assim, procura entender como estão construídas as relações entre a morfologia e as variações nas esferas sociais da língua nesses livros didáticos. O intuito é o de obter dados que possam ser ampliados em análises futuras nos livros didáticos destinados a outras turmas do Ensino Fundamental, além de ampliar a amostra, incluindo outros livros didáticos. Desse jeito, pode-se pensar no tratamento dado à temática nos livros didáticos, além dos reflexos desse tratamento no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. (GÖRSKI & COELHO, 2006).

ABSTRACT: The aim of this paper is to investigate how linguistic variation is shown in proposed activities that focus on the reflexive use of the language in text books. For the analysis, more specifically, we selected the section that deal with aspects related to the Portuguese language morphology. Thus, we intended to observe the description related to morphology nature content in the text book chapters, besides reflecting on the interaction of such content and linguistic variation related topics. With that in mind, this paper has two main aspects. The first one is to collect information on the task activities that deal with morphology studies (ROSA, 2013; MONTEIRO, 2002; SÂNDALO, 2001; SCLIAR-CABRAL, 1973). The second one consists in analyzing if such activities encompass a reflection regarding linguistic variation (BELINE, 2012; LABOV, 1972, 1982). This way, it may be said that our investigation is mainly represented at an intersection between morphology and linguistic variation in text books. Two text books were selected for the aforementioned analysis. The first one, titled Tecendo Linguagens - Língua Portuguesa, written by Tania Amaral Oliveira and Lucy Aparecida Melo Araújo, was published by Ibep in 2018. The second one, titled Projeto Teláris - Português, written by Ana Trinconi Borgatto, Terezinha Berlin and Vera Marchezi, was published by Ática. Both books were aimed at grade 6 classes (Elementary Education). We tried to understand how morphology and linguistic variation relations are made in the social ground of these text books. With that, we aimed at obtaining data in order to expand future analysis in text books directed to other Elementary education grades, besides expanding the sample, analyzing other text books. This way, one can think about how this issue is explored in text books, along with reflections on this approach in the teaching-learning process (GÖRSKI & COELHO, 2006).
