Abstract

This article aims to analyze future trends regarding national and global regulation of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on constitutional and civil limitations and their potential effects on democracy. We are experiencing an era in which AI is growing exponentially, with little to no regulation surrounding it, leading us to naturally — that is, almost imperceptibly — relinquish important legal rights protected by the State, which are deeply valuable to us. This applies not only at the national level but also globally. A major example of such a valuable right that we have gradually given up is the right to personality and privacy.
