Abstract

The presente study intends to analyze the full exercise of citizenship and the resultof this  exercise  in  society, for  the  supremacy  of  the  collective  interests.  Being a citizen  and fully exercising citizen results in respect for and participation in society’s decisions to improce theis lives and the lives of people. It seeks to show to all citizens theis rights contained in the Federal Constitution, as they must exercise the defense  of  citizenship,  asserting  these  rights with the fulfillment of legal norms
