LA COOPERACIÓN ACADÉMICA COMO REFERENTE PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LA RUTA BIOCEÁNICA

ABSTRACT: The regional physical integration between Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina and Chile promoted by the Latin American Integration Route (LAIR) or as also known as Bioceanic Route, proposes a series of investments and seeks, through the circulation of goods, the promotion of economic and interrelational development among the countries that compose it. Certain that the role of universities, especially with regard to logistical operations, and in the agreements already signed between these countries is paramount, since they can elucidate the legal framework of member countries, elaborate contractual bases, resolve contractual disputes that have arisen. The purpose, therefore, of this text is, in its initial lines, to present a survey regarding the studies and the role played by universities and their cooperation in helping to build the Bioceanic Route. The research was characterized by being exploratory and descriptive, in order to be able to carry out a prior analysis of the works already made available in which it was possible to perceive the relevance that the academy presented on broad concepts of frontier, as well as collecting data regarding the flow of grains of in order to refer to logistical operations, the great economic driver of RILA, at least up to the present moment.
