Abstract

The phenomenon of Uberization of labor relations has been causing profound transformations in the world of work, generating new challenges and dilemmas for Labor Law. The term 'uberization' is a phenomenon characterized by the provision of services by independent professionals, without an employment relationship, inspired by one of the main representatives of this model of work organization, which is based on the intermediation of services through digital platforms. Therefore, the Uberization of work affects fundamental principles by establishing a precarious, informal, and unstable work relationship.
